§ 6-490. Schedules of fines.

The following is the minimum schedule of fines which may be paid to the Gulfport Municipal Court or such other agent as may be designated by the City of Gulfport Municipal Court judges:
(a)

Parking in a yellow curb area ..... $100.50

(b)

Parking in a handicapped area in violation of City of Gulfport Code of Ordinances section 6-206 ..... $101.00

(c)

Parking in an emergency access area ..... $100.50

(d)

Parking tractor-trailer rigs in violation of City of Gulfport Code of Ordinances section 6-353 ..... $100.00

(e)

Violating safe sight distance in violation of City of Gulfport Code of Ordinances section 6-354 ..... $100.00

(f)

All other violations as codified in the City of Gulfport Code of Ordinances sections 6-301—6-415 ..... $10.50
