§ 6-489. Failure to appear at hearing, consequences.

Failure to appear at a hearing other than the original hearing when required to appear shall constitute an admission of liability of the parking violation and shall subject the person charged with the violation herein to the appropriate fines and costs assessed by the City of Gulfport Municipal Court.
