§ 6-527. Enforcement.

(a)

This article shall be enforced by the chief of police or an authorized designee.

(b)

The chief of police or his or her designee shall have the power and authority, subject to law, to enter upon the wrecker/storage premises to ascertain whether the premises are in compliance with this article.

(c)

Any person who desires to register a complaint under this article may initiate enforcement with the police department.
