§ 6-528. Violations and penalties.

(a)

Any violations of the provisions of this article or a failure to comply with any of its requirements shall subject the offender to a misdemeanor, punishable by:

(1)

A fine not exceeding two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for a first violation.

(2)

A fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) for a second violation with[in] one (1) year.

(3)

A fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for the third and for each subsequent violation within one (1) year.

(b)

Any violation of this article shall be considered a separate and distinct violation.
