§ 7-8. Mills, laundries, factories producing soot, cinders, smoke, noise.

It shall be unlawful for any mill, laundry or manufacturing plant to be so operated within the city whereby the soot, cinders or smoke therefrom, or the unnecessary noises thereof, may do damages to or interfere with the use or occupation of public or private property.
