§ 7-4. Defacing public property, telegraph, telephone poles, railroad depots.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any way, deface or to write or cause to be written with chalk or other substance, or to print or past any letter or picture, or other thing, for any purpose whatever, upon any sidewalk, street pavement, or upon any public building or property in the city, on any telegraph or telephone pole within the city, or on the walls of any railroad depot.
