§ 7-21. Parking, vehicle registration violation surcharge.

The Gulfport Municipal Court, pursuant to MCA 1972, § 63-9-33, as amended, be and it is hereby ordered, to assess a surcharge of one dollar ($1.00) for each violation of MCA 1972, title 63, and offenses related to vehicular parking or registration and to deposit the same in a special fund dedicated to the use of the Gulfport Police Department which shall use those proceed solely to offset the cost of implementation of certain computerized crime prevention measures and the equipment necessary therefore
