§ 7-12. Picketing regulated.

  • (a)

    It shall be unlawful for any group of persons, over three (3) in number, within an area or distance of one (1) block, or three hundred (300) feet, to engage in any manner of picketing upon any sidewalk, street, or other public thoroughfare or immediately adjacent thereto, or upon property owned or leased by the city within the city.

    (b)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in picketing upon any sidewalk, street, or other public thoroughfare, or immediately adjacent thereto or on property owned or leased by the city within the city, unless such person wear a conspicuous badge or emblem showing the organization for which he is engaged in picketing.
