§ 6-481. Same—Disposition.

(1)

The original parking citation shall be signed by the issuing officer, and shall be processed in accordance with this article and such other procedures as may be established and promulgated by the City of Gulfport Municipal Court.

(2)

A parking citation may be dismissed by the appropriate authority at the City of Gulfport Municipal Court prior to an adjudication hearing only upon a written statement for good cause shown, which statement shall be made a part of the disposition record thereof.
