§ 5-304. Permit/application fee required.

It shall be unlawful under this article for any transferor to make request, application or give notice to the CLEO or city police department and not accompany the permit fee required under this article. If an account by monthly billing arrangement for fees under this article is not paid by a transferor as required by this article, each permit/application transaction fee in arrears shall be a separate violation of this section punishable under section 1-9 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gulfport and/or under section 21-13-1, Mississippi Code of 1972 Annotated, or any amendments thereto.
