§ 5-282. [Same—Failure to pay; penalty.]

Failure of any licensee to pay the fees assessed by the city as authorized by the Mississippi Gaming Control Act and as prescribed by the Code of Ordinances of the city, section 5-277, as they come due shall be penalized in accordance with the schedule set forth in the Mississippi Gaming Control Act, Mississippi Code Annotated section 75-76-93.
