§ 5-226. Permitting unlawful sales on premises.

  • It shall be unlawful for any owner, lessee, or occupant of any boat, house, outhouse or other building to knowingly permit or suffer any person to sell vinous, spirituous, malt, alcoholic, or intoxicating beverages in such boat, house, outhouse or other building contrary to law.
