§ 4-170. Accumulation prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any owner, occupant or lessee of any building, yard, or lot of ground within the city to allow garbage, refuse or rubbish of any kind to accumulate or remain in such building or upon such yard or lot, except where garbage, trash, or refuse is placed in a corrugated metal or plastic container as provided in section 4-167.
