§ 4-213. Destruction of tires.

Latest version.

Any tire that is no longer suitable for its original intended purpose or deemed unfit for resale by a tire business shall be rendered unusable and properly disposed of at an authorized tire disposal or recycling facility. Each tire business and tire hauler shall have one (1) month from the effective date of this article to comply with this provision. Failure to comply with this requirement shall be grounds for revocation of the permit holder's permit.
