§ 3-60. Plumbers to report unsanitary conditions.

It shall be the duty of every plumber doing work in the city to report to the county health department all unsanitary conditions coming to their attention. The failure of any plumber to report such conditions within twenty-four (24) hours after they come to his attention shall be a misdemeanor.
