§ 2-114. Penalties.

Latest version.

Except as otherwise provided by section 2-116(e) of this article, for violation of any provision of this article, the penalties provided by Section 59-21-153, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, or subsequent amendments thereto, are adopted by this article.
