Division 7. TAX INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TO PROMOTE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT AND REVITALIZATION

§ 199.1. Establishment of redevelopment district boundaries.

For the limited purpose of promoting business, commerce or industry, as contemplated in Miss. Code Ann. § 17-21-5(2), as amended, this program shall apply in the area designated as a "Redevelopment District" containing properties South of the CSX Railroad track, from the western city boundary to the eastern city boundary, in Gulfport, Mississippi. The district shall exclude the downtown district and the property identified as Centennial Plaza. A map of the redevelopment district is incorporated herein and attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
