§ 1-193. Establishment of redevelopment district boundaries.

For the limited purpose of promoting business, commerce or industry, as contemplated in Miss. Code Ann. § 17-21-5(2), as amended, this program shall apply in the area North of U.S. Highway 90, South of the CSX Railroad, and from the Eastern boundary of the properly currently identified as Centennial Plaza, to the Western edge of Venetian Gardens (as identified in Exhibit "B") in Gulfport Mississippi (hereinafter "Mississippi City Map", and shall be designated as a "Redevelopment District" in the City of Gulfport.
