§ 10-26. Damaging, defacing fire alarms; false alarms.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully and maliciously or wantonly injure or deface a fire alarm box of the fire alarm system of the city, whether by breaking the glass in the same or otherwise, or to wilfully and maliciously or wantonly injure or impair the connections thereof, or to knowingly send or turn in a false alarm from such fire box.
